CAPACITA A PERSONAL DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA
El Gobierno Provincial de Chiclayo a través de la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos a cargo del Prof. José Sigüeñas Campos, realizará una jornada de capacitación y motivación para el personal de la Sub Gerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana, del lunes 26 al jueves 29 de mayo, a las 7:00 de la noche en la Biblioteca Eufemio Lora y Lora.
El tema “Funciones y obligaciones de la Policía Municipal y del Sereno”, será expuesto por el Capitán de Marina de Guerra ® Hamed Pósito Luján; y “Motivación para la identidad y el Liderazgo”, a cargo del profesor José Ramiro Sigüeñas Campos.
El marco jurídico será expuesto por la abogada Miriam López Mesones, en tanto que el tema “Valores y autoestima en la función municipal”, será presentado por la Psicóloga Eda Muñoz Santín.
La jornada se realiza en mérito a la Resolución de Gerencia 537-2008/GPCH/GRRHH y se lleva a cabo en coordinación con la Sub Gerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana a cargo del Capitán de Marina ® Hamed Pósito Luján.
La parte considerativa señala que el Artículo 18 del Decreto Legislativo 276 Ley de Bases de la Carrera Administrativa, es deber de cada entidad establecer programas de capacitación para cada nivel de carrera y de acuerdo con las especialidades, como medio de mejorar el servicio público e impulsar el ascenso del servidor.
Igualmente se indica que de acuerdo al Artículo 21 del mismo cuerpo normativo, son obligaciones de los servidores cumplir personal y diligentemente los deberes que impone el servicio público; salvaguardar los intereses del Estado y emplear austeramente los recursos públicos; concurrir puntualmente y observar los horarios establecidos; conocer exhaustivamente las labores del cargo y capacitarse para un mejor desempeño.
